Visitrovereto for sustainable tourism

On the road to sustainability: to promote and enhance the environment around us, with the aim of trying to ensure a better future for future generations.

The ApT Rovereto, Vallagarina, Monte Baldo, together with other ApTs, is part of the ATA Città Laghi Altipiani. It is a district, the first in Trentino, that has decided to take the path of sustainable tourism, adhering to the international criteria defined by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).

The destination, through this project, has set itself ambitious goals to redefine and improve the tourism supply chain in different aspects: environmental, cultural, social and economic. Achieving these will require constant commitment and the active participation of the entire local tourism system: from operators to tourists, including residents and public institutions.
