Rovereto now hosts the “Bolla di Sapore”, a place where to taste the products of winemakers and restaurant owners of Vallagarina.

 

Welcome to the “Bolla di Sapore”, a magic space perfect for the lovers of good food and good wine.

Taste the best wines of the area of Vallagarina, meeting the wine producers personally who, with passion and dedication cultivate the vineyards. Listen to their stories, learn the secrets of their creations and let yourself be guided while discovering authentic and genuine flavours. However, the “Bolla di Sapore” is more than just wine. Here, the local restaurant owners will prepare dishes that exalt the local products, prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients.

Taste hot meals and drink fine wine, let yourself be pampered by the warmth of an unforgettable enograstronomic experience. The “Bolla di Sapore” is the ideal place where to celebrate Christmas in company, toasting with friends and family, while sharing special moments. The “Bolla di Sapore” represents the chance to discover the enograstronomic excellences of Vallagarina and immerse yourself in the magic of Holidays.

During the weekend it will be possible to meet the local restaurant owners, to taste their dishes and getting to know the wine producers, sipping the wines picked by them, specially for the occasion.

Besides, during the weekends, it will be possible to accompany, along to the wine tasting, an excellent plate of local cheeses, served with sauces and “mostarda” or super crunchy chips, “Le Grestane”, all of which you can pay on the spot.

A special thanks to “Slow Food del Trentino Alto Adige Südtirol” for the valuable collaboration in creating the plate of local cheeses.

Opening time

Wednesday to Thursday from 5 pm to 8.30 pm, Friday to Sunday from 10 am to 8.30 pm.

Special openings: 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st of December from 10 a.m. to 8.30 pm.

Entrance

Cheese board (selection of 3 local cheeses accompanied by sauces and “mostarda”): € 5 pay on the spot.

“Le Grestane’ chips: €2.50 pay on the spot.

“Serate coi ristoratori”, each dish will cost € 5 with the possibility to pay on the spot.
