Malga Mortigola - The Malga and its flavours
Visit the historic malga that has been run for generations by the Bongiovanni family and find out more about the mountain farmer’s work and the secrets of alpine cheese making.
As you walk through the pastures of the malga, you will discover the cultural and natural value of the malga and taste the alpine cheese produced by the malga.
The activity will allow you to immerse yourself in nature, breathe pure air and relax in a natural setting. You can discover ancient farming traditions and taste fresh, genuine products. An authentic experience that will regenerate your body and mind.
The flavour trail will then continue in the cosy Agritur, where you can enjoy an evening meal based on products from the malga and the farm.
