Polsa

• Baita Laghetto

Located at the foothill of the Polsa slopes and reachable by car, every day from morning to evening, excellent traditional food, fresh beer and wine from the best cellars in a rustic, warm and cosy wooden hut.

• Baita Montagnola

Every Wednesday the ‘dinner & dance’ evenings from 7 pm onwards, with typical dinner and lots of music.
Every Sunday the highest and most scenic apres-ski on Monte Baldo.
Every Saturday theme parties with live music: mountains are not just about sport, but also entertainment and fun.

• Chalet Dahu

Right in the middle of the Polsa slopes and a few steps away from the car park, you cannot fail to stop for a refined gastronomic break and excellent cocktails, often accompanied by DJ sets and exciting parties.

• Malga Susine

A tasteful alpine hut-restaurant, with a shop selling typical products, traditional cuisine as well as quick and tasty sandwiches for a break between skiing descents.

• Baita Costapelada

Lots of food and breathtaking views are the hallmarks of this chalet, on the slopes of S. Valentino, which is always ready to welcome those who want a break with a view.

• Baita del Trett

A spacious chalet that is also an agritourism, with rich dishes and the speciality ‘black angus’ coming directly from the surrounding meadows. Don’t forget the fun of the parties in the ‘aviary’ and the friendliness of the staff.

• Hotel Bucaneve

More than just a hotel, there is also a bar and restaurant for all tastes, at the start of the S. Valentino chairlift, with great music and smiles guaranteed every day.

• Rifugio Baita Fos-Ce

Not far from the slopes, those who want to venture into the snowy forests of S. Valentino will find one of the tastiest cuisines on the plateau and a few special evenings.

San Giacomo

• Hotel San Giacomo

Right on the cross-country ski slopes, give yourself a treat in a gem on Monte Baldo, with a high-quality wellness centre and restaurant.

In addition to the facilities, there is much more for those who want to stay in the fresh open air and enjoy the crisp evening air!

• Illuminated and open slopes in the Centro Fondo San Giacomo, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.30 p.m. to 9 p.m., and on Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
• Evening torchlight processions organised in Polsa and San Valentino by the expert ski instructors of the Monte Baldo Ski School, every Thursday evening at 6pm.
• Snowshoeing, hiking in nature, gourmet breaks… experiences to suit all tastes organised by the Tourist Board.
