The oldest pastry shop in Rovereto

Refined raw materials, long natural leavening, careful study of recipes, manual processing as much as possible and passion for one’s work are the special ingredients of this pastry shop that has been active since 1875.

Founded in the second half of the nineteenth century by the Andreatta family, this pastry shop saw its first location in the nearby Piazza delle Oche until the mid-1950s.

The owner, Muraro Monica, bartender for over 30 years, bought the Andreatta Pastry in 2009, after it had been closed by the previous owner. Since then, she has personally followed the entire production process from the laboratory, which has been located on the upper floor of the shop for years, to the store.

Today, in the nearby Via Roma, it is a point of reference for the citizens of Rovereto that here can enjoy delicious breakfasts with freshly baked croissants, cakes or pastries and delicious after-work aperitifs in the cozy indoor room or in the outdoor terrace during the hot summer days. The pastry shop is also available for the preparation of cakes and sweet and savory buffets to order.

In November 2020, it also won the first prize of the “Cake Star” television program.
