In the heart of the historic center of Rovereto, the oldest roasting company in Italy, founded in 1790, awaits you with its centuries-old history.
Each day, Bontadi Coffee Roasters offers the world’s best mixes of the finest coffee, while maintaining family traditions and preserving its centuries-old secrets. This is why it imports raw coffee beans directly from plantations all over the world.
In the historic center of Rovereto it includes the “Co.Bo.” Coffee Museum with a unique collection of more than 300 instruments for the production and making of coffee, some dating back to 1790.
At the museum you can take part to the guided tours and enjoy special tastings of its coffee blends.

The museum is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Free admission, guided tours by appointment.

Cost of guided tours:
- Guided tour with coffee tasting: € 4 per person*
- Guided tour with tasting and free coffee package: € 5 per person*
- Free experience for children from 0 to 10 years.
* In the case of a free visit to the museum, at the end neither the coffee tasting nor the pack of coffee are provided.
