Consorzio Ortofrutticolo Val di Gresta

The Val di Gresta Consortium is an agricultural cooperative established in 1969, which currently has about 150 members and handles an average of 20,000 quintals of fruit and vegetables per year. In the surrounding fields, the products are grown according to the integrated and organic cultivation methods.

Here you can personally create your “biocesta” basket with the fruit and vegetables you like the most and according to the season, such as: radicchio, green beans, carrots, pumpkins, cabbage, potatoes, celeriac, cauliflower, ribs, onions and many other specialties!

The transformed versions of these earth gems are available in the shop near the Consortium: sauerkraut, tomato puree, pickles, jams, compotes, syrups, mustards and sauces, all organic and naturally produced without the addition of dyes or preservatives.

Some years ago the Consortium has also obtained the renowned Trentino Quality Mark for some of its products such as sauerkraut, celeriac in pure version and in oil, carrot and cabbage.
