“Le Formichine” laboratory

A solidarity cooking project

The laboratory was created with the aim of helping women in difficulty to enter the job market through training in the culinary art under the guidance of professional chefs.

The all-female staff of “Le Formichine” takes care, with passion and competence, of the entire production process, from the cultivation in the vegetable garden to the transformation of fruit and vegetables into delicious jams, sauces, preserves, pickles and products in oil that you can buy at the store and enjoy comfortably at home.

But “Le Formichine” is not just a laboratory, it is also a restaurant, open from Monday to Friday at lunch to offer you the best dishes of traditional Trentino and Mediterranean cuisine, also available for special themed dinners on reservation and catering for your private events.

  • Shops: From Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm
