Local raw materials, biological products and a great passion are the ingredients that the staff of the “Locanda” puts in its receipes.

Here you will taste the best and more traditional dishes of Trentino cuisine: pasta, canederli, strangolapreti, delicious sliced ham and cheese and much more!

Even the restaurant has been furnished according to the km 0, sustainability and reuse principles: tables, chairs and cupboards are all recycled.

This is not just a place where you can eat and drink but also a place where you can rest. You can in fact relax in one of the cozy rooms available with a view of the garden or of the mountains surrounding Vallagarina.

You will also find a pasta factory of fresh and dry organic semi-integral and social pasta made by their young people. The cooperative’s precious helpers actively collaborate in the management of the restaurant: from cleaning the rooms to preparing the ingredients and managing the garden, some of the activities that are carried out here at Locanda Dal Barba.
