Osteria Carnera

A small tavern located in the baroque village of Ala, the city of velvet, famous in the eighteenth century for the production of silk velvets.

You are immersed in the historic center of one of the most beautiful villages of the whole of Trentino, guest of a welcoming historic family-run inn that will surprise you with traditional local dishes.

The menu reflects the products of the territory, always fresh and zero-kilometer raw materials: delicious appetizers, first of all the “carne salada” salted meat with potato “tortel” and sweet and sour onions, vegetarian, meat or fish first and second courses and exquisite homemade desserts.

In the small, suggestive internal caneva it is also possible to taste some local wines.
