“Novecento” Restaurant has always been the strength of the Hotel “Rovereto”. It has been managed by the Zani family for over fifty years and is renowned for the quality of its cuisine, a meeting point between the Mantuan and the Trentino tradition.

In the 1960s, Mrs. Vanda Zani brought the specialties of her Mantuan origins in Rovereto, combining them over time with the flavors of Trentino tradition. All with great and rigorous respect for quality raw materials and the territory.

The restaurant is renowned for its “Tortelli di Zucca”, the “Strangolapreti alla Trentina“, the “Orzetto” and the platters of selected Trentino and Mantuan DOP cold cuts accompanied by organic cheeses.

In the menu a special place is occupied by the famous boiled meat cart, the chef’s specialty complete with differents kinds of meat such as veal head, tongue, “Cappello del prete”, Mantuan cotechino, ham and chicken accompanied by peverada sauce, horseradish, Mantuan mustard and green sauce. A real delicacy for gourmets!

Do you prefer a delicious pizza? Here you will find them in a gourmet version, prepared exclusively with mother yeast and garnished with refined ingredients, such as the famous “Broccolo di Torbole”.

You can accompany the various dishes with a glass of excellent organic wine produced by Castel Noarna, the farm owned by the Zani family, housed in the castle of the same name.

The restaurant is also equipped to satisfy customers with different types of allergies and has obtained the AIC certification for gluten-free cuisine.
