A refined restaurant a few steps far from the Mart, the museum of modern and contemporary art of Trento and Rovereto, housed in what was once the amateur Maffei Theater.
The restaurant born with the ambition of offering the city of Rovereto and its visitors a welcoming, refined and particular environment, with a genuine cuisine and also offering pizza as an alternative, a dish of which Italians are notoriously proud.
Here the chefs carefully select the best raw materials and then process them by mixing new technologies, passion and technique. Dishes of the typical Trentino and international cuisine, fresh fish, vegetarian dishes, homemade first courses and desserts.
The restaurant is the perfect place for a romantic dinner but also for a banquets or a simple business lunch.
