Bongiovanni Lorenzo winery

A family-run farm located at the foot of Avio Castle, now in its third generation. A passion that has continued for more than a hundred years thanks to great-grandfather Silvio and his sons Valerio and Vito.

Today the company is managed by Lorenzo, a winemaker who personally takes care of every step of this work, from the land to the bottle. Devouted work in the vineyards without forcing the grape production, limiting the treatments with pesticides, the use of fertilizers and of anything else that may affect the natural balance of the vines. Pruning, binding, leaf removal, thinning and harvesting are carried out rigorously by hand.

The vineyards are all located in Vallagarina, a land crossed by Adige river and mitigated by the microclimate of the nearby Lake Garda.

The attention between the vineyards eases the work in the cellar: from vinification to the aging phase, up to bottling, to obtain wines with a great personality.

In the cellar you will find red wines such as Marzemino, Enantio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and white wines such as Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. To enrich the offer, the “Due Vale Brut” a sparkling wine produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes.
