The cellar is open the whole year for guided tours during which you can savor the warmth of the wood and the scent of wine. The Grigoletti family welcomes you in the cellar in the warm atmosphere of the “Vendema” (grape harvest) and then guides you to the winemaking room. Time to look up towards the mountain of Nomi to observe the natural amphitheater where the Chardonnay “Opera Grigoletti” is born and then head towards the Gallery, the place that accompanies the long period of aging of the fine wines.

In the arms of the earth you will enter the barrel cellar of the Caneva di Bacco and the Basilica del Vino. Here, in the austere atmosphere of soft light under the stone vaults of the Basilica, the wine matures in barriques amidst the old family agricultural tools. The austere Caveau del Merlot, a fascinating treasure chest, is watched over by the passionate gaze of the male generations of the Grigoletti family.

The barrel cellar of the Tempio Rosa will make you feel the sweet tenacity of the Grigoletti women, strong and loving custodians of feelings and efforts, with an immense love for the family and for high quality wines. Whites, rosés, reds and meditation wines: in the Baita Rosa and in the elegant Stube you can taste the best of the company’s production.

On the last Sunday of November, the winery awaits you at the special “Wedding of Trentino flavors” where the quality of Grigoletti wines is combined with the excellent gastronomy of Trentino artisans of taste.
