Pedrotti sparkling wines

The founder, Emanuele Pedrotti, started the story of this Trentino company which, through the generations led first by Italo and then by Paolo, has now reached its fourth generation all female.

The sisters Donatella and Chiara run the firm today, following the family’s footsteps while strongly maintaining the bonds between their products and the territory. And it is right this connection that allows them to always express the best in theirTrento Doc, prestigious sparkling wines obtained with a classic method exclusively from local grapes.

Fundamental values of the family: quality, passion and respect for the environment of Trentino, combined with the taste of the prestigious mountain bubbles of Trento doc.

The wine cellar and the “Grotta” (cave) will welcome you throughout the year to tell the story and production of the Metodo Classico Trentino (Classic Method of Trentino). The grotta is open to the public for exciting tastings and guided tours in Italian, English, German and French. The winery also offers you the possibility to rent the Sparkling Wine Grotta’s rocky hall for business meetings, assemblies or private celebrations.

This year the company celebrates an important recognition: the Trento Doc Riserva 80 40 Extra Brut 2012, born to pay homage to the 80 years of Paolo Pedrotti, its founder, and the 40 years of his Classic Method, has obtained the “CORONA” the highest recognition awarded by the Vinibuoni d’Italia guide to excellent wines.

The Pedrotti Winery is located in Nomi and it can be easily reached even by bicycle following the River Adige cycle path along Via Claudia Augusta.
