Enantio or jagged-leaf Lambrusco

Enantio, or jagged-leaf Lambrusco, is a native wine of Vallagarina, who found its home in the areas of Ala and Avio several centuries ago.
Once considered as the undisputed vine of southern Vallagarina, today it is greatly enhanced thanks to the tireless work of vine growers and farmers.
A ruby-red coloured wine, dry, fresh and full-bodied, with light spicy and vegetal notes. In the mouth it has an incredible persistence, the soft tannins and its gentle and spicy acidity make it a unique and balsamic wine. Nowadays it is served in its most pure form to highlight its best characteristics.
