Trento Doc is the sparkling wine produced only with Trentino grapes, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, whose harvest occurres strictly by hands. From there the cellar process begins, handed down for generations with passion and advanced techniques.

Trento Doc is the right expression of the territory where it is produced. It contains its climate, altitudes and essence. Each glass carries its uniqueness, elegance and nature of the birth place.

The history of Trentino sparkling wine has more than one hundred years. Everything began in 1899, in Calliano, with Arminio Valentini, the first Trentino sparkling wine producer. A pioneer, who encouraged other winemakers to experiment with “bubbling wines”. Some years later, in 1902, Giulio Ferrari came back from France with the necessary experience and shoots to create the prestigious Trentino sparkling wine, today known all over the world.

Today small and large sparkling wine houses decide to dedicate themselves to the production of sparkling wines, in the “brut“, “riserva” and “rosé” variations, to enhance the characteristics of grapes to reach for the perfect balance between acidity and aromatic complexity.
